Dr. Matthew Dallas Vibbert, MD

This doctor saw my friend in NICU at Jefferson Neuroscience, he told parents that their child was brain dead and that they needed to come to grips and make the decision to end his life at young age. Then he proceeded to put him on nothing but pain meds after brain surgery. When he was confronted on why no other medications, fluids or feeding was taking place, he denied it- as if everyone was blind and couldn't see that they were not feeding/hydrating him, but rather leaving him to die. He ended up coming out of the coma after one of his parents confronted that arrogant doctor, and they immediately started taking labs and giving him the vitamins and fluids he needed to fight for his life. This guy is immoral!

My husband was a patient in Jefferson Hospital, in Neuro ICU for nearly a month. He received excellent care while there. Now, nearly a year after discharge, after all hospital bills and Jefferson Physician bills have been paid, this guy bills our insurance for over $600,000!! We've looked at his picture online and don't remember seeing him once, and family was there nearly around the clock. I'm contacting my insurance company as I would think there is some sort of timely billing requirement, and I want to know exactly what he's billing for!

This man shouldn't have a license to practice medicine. He completely misdiagnosed condition and like an earlier reviewer, threatened to restrict driving privileges, etc. all over a completely misdiagnosed condition. When questioned, he became very rude and condescending and treated me and my husband like we were just too dumb to understand what was going on. Never again and I have told everyone I know to run as far away from him as possible.

"I will actively discourage people" from using this person rude, arrogant, inconsiderate person who has no manners or composure in public either!
