My initial visit to Dr Walton first impression by woman planted at window 2 was very rude, abrasive and set the tone sadly for the facility I gave benefit of the doubt and went back several times due to being close to home Each experience with woman planted at window 2 got worse She should not be dealing with patients, she lacks people skills big time I was turned away from my last visit by her, covid rules are loosened up, you can have a fever for reasons other than covid I,e I went to an urgent care and had swollen glands they did not send me away like my own , now former pcp! Blessing in disguise I found a terrific new pcp who actually looks at me and talks and responds to my concerns The poor woman at window 1 is bombarded by patients yet she was ALWAYS Pleasant and kind while window 2 woman does absolutely nothing but sit behind her frosted glass with her frosty attitude So if you are sick you are not going to be seen here, oxymoron if ever I’ve seen one It’s a doctor… office, where you are supposed to go when you are unwell!!

Walton doesn’t even deserve the title of doctor. Had to be seen for possible pneumonia and he continued to ask about tests that had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with my illness. Has the bedside manner of a toad. Doesn’t know how to speak to patients and will NOT make eye contact with you!!! Highly recommend you do not let him touch you!! What a waste of hard earned money. This practice needs shut down

This practice is actually dangerous. They do not care about their patients and are staffed with incredibly rude and obnoxious people. They have a prescribing nurse who treats people like absolute crap, yells, and hangs up on people. Prime Medical, because they are so badly run, acquired a PCP who was running a very corrupt operation. Rather than attempt to help the many patients who they brought in from this PCP, they flat out told many of them to leave and find another PCP. They discontinued meds that people had been on for years without any degree of compromise or mercy, for people that had no clue what was going. Many of their newly acquired patients had mental health issues, which Prime Medical did not care about. They are actively hurting people. I wouldn't trust these people to prescribe me an aspirin which they probably wouldn't do anyway. In particular stay away from Dr. Matthew Walton - his overall manner and demeanor are disgusting. This man does not deserve to call… himself a healer. He is a disgrace to medicine and if anyone else reading this has had a bad experience with him, they should complain to state authorities about the practice and his behavior in particular!

The old saying never trust a person who will not look you in the eyes holds so true in this case. He never looked at me and was quick to leave the room without having an opportunity to discuss anything. What a quack! Do not trust him!
