Dr. Matthew Loren Werner, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Werner for several reasons, for many years, probably 9 or 10 years. He is undoubtedly one of the most informed, brilliant, caring, patient , and helpful physicians I have ever had the privilege of visiting. No matter what the issue is, he is able to address, understand, and discuss it, always with a depth of knowledge, and explanations that even a layman can understand completely. I see other doctors regularly, and Dr. Werner was the only one to notice a growth on the bridge of my nose , a possible malignancy, and, after a detailed discussion of the possinilities, etc., he removed it for me. I had seen several other doctors for various reasons, while the growth was there, and none of them had noticed. Dr. Werner is incredibly observant, and sincerely looks at the 'entire picture'. I have a family member with a rare neurological movement disorder, and it took 5 doctors, several years, and three cities ,to find a neurologist who was capable of… diagnosing it. Dr. Werner was familiar with it immediately. He listens.He cares. He has a wealth of knowledge, and is easily able to share it, with patience and true concern.
