I visited this doctor on the advice of my daughter LPN. My mistake was she advised me to see the PA not the Doctor. I was is search of a new primary as mine had moved out of state. I had been on a year journey to find out what was going on in my health as I was having a hard time physically and mentally. I have a tendency to cry easily from frustration. Never liked going to doctors anyway. I knew something was wrong and I was desperately trying to find answers as I was struggling hard to keep my job of over 10 years. He would not listen to me and told me on my first visit my problem was depression and he was going to use me as a guinea pig for this new medication, gave me samples and told me to come back in 3 weeks. I went home to research this medication because I had a really bad experience with cymbalta and had weaned myself off of it when the previous doctor told me I was wrong it was helping not hurting me. This new medication was not new at all. I seen him spring if… 2018, this medication had been in market many years and in 2016 had legally changed the name due to similar med having same name which had caused mix-ups in prescribing. I went on high alert and that should have been my one and only visit. But I went back 2 more times each time a new antidepressant was prescribed. I did finally get him to run blood work which had some concerning results. I never heard from them so that was my third visit. He said he didn't see anything to be concerned about. So when I started pointing out the results and what they meant (I did the research) he said oh you were upset that day. What! So he finally conceited to an ultrasound of my liver, and never contacted me. I sent messages nothing. So I went got my results went to another doctor she read them and found out I had liver disease and needed my gallbladder removed. That was just the beginning. At least I found a APRN at another office to do what he should have done and has helped me tremendously over the past year. I wouldn't go back to this man if I were dying! He is a lazy person.
