Dr. Matthew Scott Whitacre, MD

I highly recommend his holistic and individualized approach.

Dr. Whitacre ( if I should call him a DR)doesnt have any personality and deffinitly cannot idintify with people an any way. He did not list to what I had to say and had a preconceived idea I had a prescrption addiction because I was on state medical aide. His persciption was for 30ml 2x aday and he gave me 30 pills 1x a month and would not refill between. Now being capable of counting this did not add up so I took half a bill 1x aday and told him it was working alright . He then asked what happened if I ran out and how come I only came to the office when I need refills. My answer was honest first off I dont run out but if I did and I couldnt get in my husband takes morphine and if I had to I could break one of his in half but I cant really do that because he really needs his pills and he cant walk at all. so then I tried to answer his question why I only came in on refill days THATS WHEN HE TOLD ME TO MAKE MY NEXT VISIT. Apperantly he has a short term memory. So with all that he told… me I have broken the pain contract and can know longer get any form of pain meds in spokane, which is fine but what do I do for pain , its been six months and some times I dont know Ill make it threw the day . I do not feel Dr. Whitacre should have a practice and find a career he is not incontact with people.
