Do not use him..He changes his stories on a regular basis..

I went to Dr. Ziegler as a second opinion, and boy am I glad I did!! I needed a colon resection (sigmoid) from multiple bouts of diverticulitis. I also had lots of scar tissue inside from a previous hernia surgery from 25 years ago. Dr. Z had his work cut out for him, but did an amazing job! Two weeks later and I am already back to work (no lifting) and feeling great! His bedside manner was great and he checked on me often in the hospital. He works with Beaumont in Royal Oak, MI. The best hospital around.

He saved my life and I feel so blessed to have had him as my doctor/surgeon. It was one of the hardest times in my life and he was there to get me through it every step of the way. He continued to be there for me during two other medical emergencys. If a colon/rectal surgeon is the type of surgeon u need, Dr. Ziegler is the surgeon to go to!!!!

Dr. Ziegler is an outstanding person.and surgeon. He is so kind and compassionate, answering every question no matter how much time it takes. He gives you his full attention and is so calm and caring. He really put me at ease during my initial consultation. I am so happy I chose him to perform my colon surgery. I feel blessed to have had him.

Mine was a very difficult case. Dr. Ziegler was a Godsend. He consulted with other specialists and made sure that everything was done properly. The staff at the hospital also had a lot of respect for him. Great Doc!
