Unprofessional actually this is not medical this is total garbage don’t waste your time

Unprofessional and rude PA. Inna, in particular, is very unprofessional and rude. She doesn’t comply with her responsibilities and forgets to request blood test results from GP (General Practitioner). My mother, an elderly woman, was waiting for almost 3 hours in the office, while Inna unsuccessfully “attempted” to request blood work to be faxed from GE when my mother came. After such a long wait, she told my mother to go home, doctor will not see her.

He will abandon his patients on the time of need.

Very unprofessional. His staff is the nastiest I have ever seen. He is never available during emergencies. Never can be reached during office hours.

Very unprofessional clinic with lack of respect for patients. First, the clinic rescheduled my visit three times. Then, After two hours of waiting, PA entered the examination room to conduct a physical examination. After me insisting on seeing an actual physician I was given "a heads up" I would have to wait for another hour or so. In addition, I was told that it was the usual practice in this clinic for a PA to see nee patients.
