Dr. Matvey Yagudayev, DPM

Had an appointment with Dr. Matthew Yagudayev on 3/22. The 1-star rating stems from the complete lack of follow up and customer service from Ideal Podiatry and Dr. Matthew Yagudayev after my appointment. I was told to follow up on Thursday, 3/23 with my treatment choice. I was told I would be using a Topical Cream and Oral Pill. After following up to get the Topical Cream prescription, I had to speak to 4 different people over the course of 2 days to get Dr. Matthew Yagudayev to fill my prescription. Instead of filling the Topical Cream prescription, Dr. Matthew Yagudayev sent over a Topical Foam, which is not what I was told and was not covered under insurance. The Topical Cream is covered under insurance. I understand mistakes happen, but I have now called Thursday 3/23, two more times Friday 3/24, once on Saturday 3/25 and three more times on Monday, 3/27 to still not have the correct prescription sent over to the Pharmacy. A disappointing experience all around.

Dr. Matt Yagudayev is a great doctor. He takes time with his patients, has good manners and is genuinely friendly. He did my bunion and hammertoe surgery two weeks ago on my left foot. I am so happy. Don't hesitate to make your appointment. He takes insurance.
