Dr. Maureen Kay Chamberlin, MD

Dr Chamberlain is a very good psychiatrist. She really goes into detail about what she is prescribing and the side effects and listens to her patients. Her staff is horrendous. The receptionist is always short with people and does less than the bare minimum when it comes to hospitality and giving out information. I called to make an appointment and I was j formed that my account is "in collection", I asked her what that meant, she repeated that my account was in collection. Again, I asked her what that meant, and she hung up the phone. Awful and snotty.

Great therapist and good knowledge of psychiatric medicines.

Dr. Chamberline’s office wasn’t a good fit for my family.

Better for medication management than new patients. Doctor and office do not return calls regarding medication or scheduling problems.

They like the easy cases. No after hours problems. Just give me money..

Dr. Chamberin was my psychiatrist for several years until I showed up for an appointment during the midst of an emotional crisis only to learn that her office had made a scheduling error. Not only did she refuse to see me at that time but she suggested I start over with another doctor in her office (at a later date). I felt completely abandoned by my doctor. Dr. Chamerlin's lack of professionalism and regard for her patients is utterly unconscionable.
