Dr. Maureen F Cooney, DO

Dr. Cooney was one of my doctors when I was an adolescent suffering from anorexia. She was very kind, and compassionate which made her super easy to talk to and trust. She also did a truly wonderful job of helping me understand the medical issues surrounding my condition and was always open to questions. She always remained hopeful and positive!

Dr Christine Davies is totally amazing. We are always seen on time, no wait and she goes above and beyond! My daughter felt extremely comfortable with her which is very important as children get older! She took her time & was genuine & caring and followed up with us a few times at home! She’s always available & that’s comforting! Truly an amazing experience. As a mother for 34 years this is the first time I can truly say this Doctor is off the charts AMAZING! Thank you Dr DAVIES!

At one time I was ill and she invited me to her house on a Sunday for a checkup and for a prescription.

Dr. Cooney is a wonderful, caring doctor. She has a great bedside manner and does a great job with kids. She speaks to them directly and treats them with respect. She was excellent with both my children and did a great job reassuring them that they were going to be ok. She is very knowledgable and able to communicate that knowledge well.

Everytime Ive seen Dr. Cooney shes been very thorough and caring. She always takes her time with us and is very sweet. My child is now 3 years old. I love that Dr. Cooney specializes in Adolescent Medicine and also does GYN Exams. My child is set with her pediatrician Dr. Cooney until shes an adult

Everyone if office very kind and worked together to make our first visit very unforgettable. They are great and helpful. Dr. Cooney was so nice to us and we could not ask for better care. Thank you Nyack Pediatrics!

Dr. Cooney was at nyack ped. when i first started using her they at first were great than they changed locations and thats when we started having issues. long waiting times getting dr.jovino who is horrible. than dr.cooney opened an office in Garnerville NY a little long of a wait time but it was ok. One day i went to go into the office to make an appointment and there was a for lease sign on the door. I dont know how long it was up but they never called or mailed notification of there move! It took me 2 weeks to find out that they moved back to nyack ped. the only reason i found out is i had a friend who was friends with one of the girls who worked there. Very unprofessional. they need 3 weeks to fill out form and forget it if you need a referral!

Dr. Cooney is the sweetest doctor I've ever had privilige to encounter.

Dr. Cooney is one of the most caring and kind physicians I have ever encountered. She always does the best for your kids and they feel comfortable in the office as well.

dr cooney is a sweet woman who knows her stuff. BUT, she is all over the office while diagnosing your child. Staff is rude, very unpleasant and unhelpful in getting and meeting needed appt times and dates. i would NOT reccomend this dr bc of her partner, Dr Jovino, and bc of the office staff.
