The best at what she does, diagnosed this disabled combat ranger and discovered a rare sleep disorder. Was always willing to go that extra step, helped me handle insurance and disability people. Best bedside manner of any Dr. I've ever seen. Always a smile, always takes time to hear you.

I love her. her office staff will run her out of business.i have been trying to schedule an appointment for over a year, they never answer the phone and don`t return my calls.

You can absolutely feel through her "curmudgedness"which in itself is ironically comically comforting. She's one of the few people in this world I feel connected w & cared for me. It's good for me I suspose that I don't have to see her often,but I sure would like to have drink w her knowing now she will no longer be my Dr. My only solace is the many more people she will help by narrowing her practice. Congrats newbies you have a great Dr.&staff to match! Thank you all!

Dr. Delphia has been very helpful to both my husband and I. He was diagnosed with narcolepsy and she has provided excellent service to him. She also directed me in the right direction. I was suffering from severe sleepy spells and thought I had narcolepsy, too. Turns out my thyroid levels were very off. My family doctor couldn't tell me as much. Our wait time wasn't terrible for a specialist. We waited maybe 45 minutes with the waiting room and the exam room before the doctor came in. I do have to say, Dr. Delphia does seem a bit disorganized herself. But the office seems to keep her in line!! Her office staff is courteous. There are only three girls working for the whole office. Response time is slower than my family doctor's office, but I can understand why. When I was in there for my visit, they were running around answering phones, taking care of patients, and doing whatever Dr. Delphia asked of them. The receptionist was welcoming. The nurse was great with us! She answered all… of our questions. And Debbie (the office manager???) got my husband's priour approval through his insurance quickly so he didn't have to wait too long for his medicine! Thanks to Dr. Delphia and her staff!!!!

I have been a patient for many years. Dr Delphia listens to me completely. She doesn't always DO what I want but that doesn't mean she didn't listen. She is a direct, smart, compassionate doctor who knows my history well. She has several offices and is one of the few doctors that travels TO her patients rather than making everyone come to her. Dr. Delphia has treated me for my MS for the past 14 years and I value her experience and straight talk. I don't want a doctor to handle me with kid gloves. Give it to me straight. Any time I have had tests ordered, the doctor has always managed my expectations by telling me to call her office if I haven't received results by X. Patients have to take an active role in managing their care and not sit around and wait for the phone to ring. I feel I have a great system with Dr. Delphia and her staff and rate them very highly.

Office is very unorganized and office doesn't follow up on patients. Had a hard time getting prescriptions because of no follow through by doctor or staff. Had to cancel appointment because of prescriptions for test that wasn't done in timely manner because of foul up on paperwork. When test where finally done there was no follow up by doctor or staff. Very disappointed .

Dr. Delphia is a warm, empathetic, caring physician who takes the time to listen to what the patient is struggling with. She provides knowledgable options and is willing to discuss them. I would recommend Dr. Delphia to anyone who is looking for a neurologist.

Dr Delphia's office is always a bit disheveled and unorganized. But she is very friendly and caring. She listens and really seems to want to help me feel better. She tried to give me medication I did not want to talk twice, but since then has been willing to help me manage my condition without it. She treats me with respect and talks to me like I am a competent human being. She also was the only doctor who was willing to connect a condition I was recently diagnosed with to problems I had been complaining about for years. Too bad she's not an endocrinologist and couldn't help me manage that as well!

Listening is the major component to communication, and she DOESN'T listen at all! Also she hasn't reviewed patient's records before their visit so she doesn't know your case and she never has time, concern, or the organization to listen.
