Dr. Maureen O Fraser

It's a fraud place watch out everyone Dr. Maureen Fraser is the Worse doctor and worse Staff ever. I don't have one good thing to say about them. Save yourself some pain and find another doctor. I took my kids for braces consultation, which I was told By Martha on the phone It’s FREE, but they charge my insurance for something called records and NO X-ray was taking for my kids so I don't understand how could they charge the insurance they are fraud. I spoke to Jennifer from billing she was rude and told me they are not refunding the money to deal with the insurance and then she hang up the phone, this place is a scam and very filthily place. I contacted my insurance and the health department. These people should not even have a medical practice.

Terrible office always wait well over an hour, rude staff. Reception desk looks like a paper hurricane came thru. Unless your teeth are falling out I do not recommend this place at all. I think they feel people have no other choice because of some insurances and feel like they just need to deal with it. I'm not sure how they still have clients

The staff is not welcoming at all. The waiting room is dirty. Dr is warm and thoughtful which makes up for the horrible staff somewhat.

HORRIBLE OFFICE AND RUDE STAFF!!!!!!

First of all her office will have u wait 2 hours and 1 hour in the room . The staff in the office is horrible they will not give you an appointment when needed, they never know how to speak politely to you. Always with an attitude and when requested anything in the office they do not know what the heck they are doing. I will no longer be bringing my kids or myself to this office ever again. Worst experience ever .....THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!!
