Doesn't listen very well to the patient and comes across as arrogant and uncaring. Perhaps it's time for her to retire rather than treat patients with such disregard. The quality of care is not great, either.

This review is based on many visits with Dr. Kelly over a two year period. My initial visit to her office was to seek help transitioning off opiates (pain pills). The day Of my first appointment I had been withdrawing on my own for nearly 5 days (takes about 7-10) but I wasn't feeling any better. In hindsight I wish I would have gone to a rehab facility where I would have received treatment for my addiction by a multi disciplinary team, but instead I was prescribed suboxone which is harder to get off than opiates, as per Dr Kelly "highly unlikely". At the time I started seeing her I had a different medical provider, but she asked if I wanted her to take over my medical care and I agreed. During our visits she assumed she knew everything there was to know about me based on my opiate addiction, (which I independently seeked treatment for), and talked down to me instead of offering some degree of encouragement e.g. + feedback such as "you're doing good" or "keep up the good work"… heck she's dispensing medicine that is suppose to help one stay clean. During the time I saw her I never tested positive for pharmaceuticals or street drugs which I never took by the way. Her staff upfront are professional and friendly, but Dr Kelley could benefit from taking a course on human relations and applying it to patient care especially to those that find themselves in a tough spot in his or her life and are trying to recover. My advice is to seek help elsewhere and good luck to whoever this message might reach. ????

I do not recommend this Doctor for any human person. Dr. Kelly is rude, uncaring, judgmental and for being an internal medical doctor, she has no understanding of treating the whole person. She will not refer clients to a Doctor with more knowledge, compassion and understanding. Instead she will talk at you as if you are bothering her and immediately thinks you are drug seeking. She sent me home without helping me and made me feel terrible about myself. She is more worried about treating you terrible than treating the problem. I do not reccomend this doctor for any person! No matter what the emergency!

all she does is refer you to another doctor no matter how minor your ailment, she is more of a referral service than an actual doctor
