she was great during my first visit. appreciated her attention to the visit,

I have waited over 5 weeks for an appointment due to needing to check my history. Finally gave up.

To sum it up, I would have been better off and less insulted with a veterinarian. She told me I was a "Mental case not a medical case" even though she sent me for cognitive testing after prescribing medications with known side effects that recommend the physician closely monitor the patients cognition yet saw me three times in nine months. The Neuro/Psychologist she sent me to was her colleague, who deemed me to be severely cognitively impaired. She contacted me asking for the results of the study some time later and I told her to go across the hall and knock on his door and ask as he was in the same office...idiot.

She's a really gr8 doc, explains everything so its easy 2 understand and spends whatever time she needs to with me. Wish all dr's were this good.

Dr Li diagnosed me when I was still in the hospital and started me on a medicine with known side effects and did not monitor me. as a matter of fact she would not return my calls. she changed my medicine and when I got to the point that I was having trouble forming a sentence and made an appointment asking her for help she told me to my face that I was a mental case not a medical case and she filled out my paperwork 38 days after it was sent to her and gave me a psychiatric diagnosis and devulged information that my short term disability provider should not hve been privy to so I filed a complaint against her for a HIPPA violation. She tested me for Syphilis and her secretary called me and said I had to redo the test because it was inconclusive (I am a Lyme patient and the spirochetes in Lyme are in the same family as the ones in syphilis) I told her secretary to send the test to my new neuro because I refused to see her again and my new neuro said the test was negative and not to… worry about it. I ended up calling the office manager 4 times to get Dr Li to call me back and to treat me, she never told me any of my test results. She was rude and hateful. I lost 6 months of my life because of the meds she had me on and the fact that she was not monitoring me. This woman is a sorry excuse for a Doctor and a waste of human flesh

I would not recommend Dr. Li to anyone. She made a quick and accurate diagnosis and them failed to treat me as any other health professional should. She put me on a medicine that messed me up so bad I couldn't think and then I was switched by another doctor working with her to another medicine of the same type. I was on these for six months and when I went to see her she took me off the medicine and wrote a diagnosis of "confusion of unknown origin and behavorial health problems" and actually listed my psychiatrist as a doctor also treating me and my secondary diagnosis as a psychiatric diagnosis which she is not qualified to do, but sent me to be cognitively tested by one of her colleages and then sent me a letter asking where the blood tests and the cognitive tests results were a month and 8 days after she ordered them even though I had called her and spoke to her secretary numerous times trying to get proper care and for Dr. Li to sign my short term disability papers which if she… puts a mental diagnosis on my STD papers, I will not get paid and those benefits were paid for by me out of my check for just such an emergency. On the 1,00000000 of phone calls to her office, her secretary never mentioned any blood tests or needing results and the doctor never returned my call. I have called the office manager three times , the third time notifying her that I had retained an attourney and she said the paperwork would be filled out and sent in that day which has not happened. I guess Monday morning I will have to call my attourney and update him on her inappropriate diagnosis she has put on my file and the fact that she is not qualified to make such a diagnosis and will void my STD at which point I will have to go after her and River Hills Neuroscience legally.

I am so happy with Dr Li - Switched to her to be closer to where I live from another doctor and am now soooo happy that I did - completely different experience

I've had three appt. Always prompt, office staff very nice. Dr. Li is very down to earth and professional. She speaks in a low voice and is easy to understand. I was given the opportunity to ask questions. She took the time to show me my tests on the computer and explained how the results indicate my condition . I left with a plan of action and felt very comfortable with it. I've been a nurse for 33 years and I highly recommend her.
