Maureen Lilly, RD, provides nutrition counseling and education for people living with chronic health conditions including heart disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, obesity and HIV/ AIDS. Maureen also offers nutrition guidance specific to pediatric and geriatric populations, and those seeking weight management. She is dedicated to helping people live happier, healthier lives through mindful and purposeful nutritional choices. Maureen believes that food is a powerful tool that can influence one's health and well-being. She emphasizes a balanced approach to diet that takes into consideration an individual's culture and personal history. Maureen places patients at the center of their wellness journey and is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while tailoring strategies to the individual. Through a lens of trauma-informed care, she creates a safe space for positive change.
