10 stars! Dr. Miner is an awesome physician and her front office staff are very attentive. Each time I've seen her she has taken her time to conduct a thorough evaluation and has an amazing bedside manner. She takes the time to understand me, her patient, and addresses all my concerns. She makes me feel like I'm her number one patient. Thank you so much Dr. Miner. Blessings and grace.

My husband being injured at work with a traumatic brain injury,not one ,but two that day while at work,and experiencing a possable third the next day in a car accident due to the total neglict of his employer has severely injured my husband,he has severe impairments and cognitive issues.We have been dealing with one doctor after another,as far as I'm concerned ,doctors don't understand second impact trauma ,they don't understand the severe impact it can cause.Dr.Maureen Miner on the other hand is by far the best treating doctor ,since my husband has been under her care he has made many improvements.She understands that symptoms don't arise all at once ,one can cause another to develope,something most doctors just don't understand.Without having to say a word she already knows how and why one effects the other....And most importantly she knows how and wether it can and cannot be treated.She has given us all hope that my husband will be the best that he can be ,and given me and my… son the strength not to give up...Unlike most of all doctors we have seen.She takes the time to listen and most of all she cares about her patients and family.

Caring and responsible. Thorough. Worth the wait (took about 4 weeks to get an appointment). Not a big pill pusher; I liked that. Offered other options for my pain condition. Practical.

so far as m miner has jus become my doctor i am pleased ,,,i have had the most traumatic experience with a workmans comp case it like everyday of my life is a night mare ,,,and actually after meeting with m miner the first time im feeling today there is an end in sight with results,,it seems like since day one ive been pushed into a corner and forgotten ,,she heard my case was differant and asked if she could help she jumped right in to see me ,, the office staff was nice the one on one time with her was more than i immagined it wud be and being 85 miles away the only way it cud have been made any easier would have been if they had come to my house and picked me up

I have a very complicated medical problem being a spinal cord injured quadriplegic with chronic pain. I heard Dr. Miner was really good at both of these things. She was thorough with my first meeting and we talked about my problem. She used drawings and pictures to help me understand. My wife was able to ask her questions and she answered them courteously. I went away with more understanding and a good regimen for my problem. It took a while for me to get my appointment, but I see why there is a wait. She is great and worth it!

I have an intractable pain condition after a surgical error (wrong level spine surgery) I saw Dr Miner for an evaluation as part of an arbitration process and returned to see her later as a patient, despite the two hour drive to her office. I have Kaiser insurance, so my visits were at my own expense. My background includes 25 years as an anesthetist, so I have some knowledge about pain. I have seen many neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, neurologists, physiatrists, pain specialists and other physicians as well as practitioners of acupuncture, chiropractic, Feldenkrais, various massage and manipulation techniques, physical therapy, Rolfing... - every approach that did not seem likely to cause further damage, Ive tried. Dr. Miner did the most thorough and careful physical exam I have ever received. She listened to me, discussed pros and cons of different therapeutic modalities, and answered all my questions in a caring, unhurried manner. She suggested that I try a couple of… approaches that Id not yet explored, but most importantly for me she read every report, looked at every Xray/cat-scan/MRI/lab test from four years of surgeries and treatments, carefully examined me and actively listened to me. I felt that every possible cause for my pain, each potential contributing factor was carefully considered. Dr. Miner discussed all potential therapeutic interventions with me. I felt that "no stone was left unturned" and with her advice and help from my Kaiser Docs I arrived at a program of on medications and physical treatments that has helped me make the best of a difficult situation. I am very confident that there is no surgically treatable condition that has been missed, no intervention or treatment that has not been considered and evaluated for its potential in my specific case. Dr. Miner did not find a cure for my pain, but by her incredibly thorough evaluation and expert recommendations she helped me to focus on managing my intractable pain rather than fruitlessly seeking a magic bullet that make everything better. The result is a better life , for me and for my family.

Because I was given the wrong date for an appointment by a my case worker. One of Dr. Miner's staff decided to add a few lies & claim that I called requesting an earlier appointment (as if this is even an option)and was given one a week earlier. On the day of the new appointment I checked my voice mail from the previous day and I had received a reminder for an appointment on that day. After checking the time It was clear that I had missed it by an hour. Immediately called to see if I could still go to the appointment. After explaining what happened to this very rude person it was clear she wouldn't allow me to make this appointment an hour late or make another appointment. Further she informed my pharmacy that I've been discharged as a patient & not to provide any further medication for pain. Thanks for nothing but a big waste of time Dr. Miner
