Condescending, covertly sarcastic, and open-ended answers! Ditto the Feb. 2019 sentiments - very uncaring!

The OB/GYN office I've been going to for 7 years disappeared! I was struggling trying to find a new office that was accepting new patients nearby. I stumbled upon Dr. Ries and couldn't have been happier after our first visit. Her bedside manner was incredible and she made me feel very comfortable, necessary for a specialty such as this. She was very thorough and gentle. I am very pleased with her care. I will be back!

I have to say that I have never met such indifferent, incompetent people in the medical field. The doctor tried to cover her her irritation with a fake smile, giving some sarcastic comments when I asked about something. Obviously, there were signs of attitude. Dr.Ries had no idea about my hereditary blood abnormality, which had been discovered by another doctor. I thought the info would help, but she didn’t know what I was talking about. While performing a test, she had such an unhappy face like she was forced to do so. Also, Dr. Ries brought a student without my permission, and that was very uncomfortable! At the end she wrote a wrong reason for visit/diagnosis, referring to some lab tests done under that diagnosis in the Medical chart, which could cause me a battle with the insurance company, for it would never be covered. The diagnosis was out of nowhere...It was the worst nightmare to deal with that doctor! It took me a couple of months to get over that experience.
