Dr. Maureen A Ziboh, MD

I Love Dr. Ziboh and she has been my Dr. Over 10 years, but her Staff is rude, unprofessional and doesn't care about her patients and never follow up on test, calling in your meds or scheduling your appointments in the wrong place,even when they are told before making them. When you call the office they hang up on your or keep youon hold for a long period of time. Now, I had to find out that they have moved and never was informed by mail or phone call.

Most appointments take 7-10 hours. Staff is horrible, never follows through with anything such as referrals, and ordering test. Filthy dirty bathroom and offices. Worst doctor's office in this area.

I have been a patient for years. I love the doctor, but the wait time is much too long, and the staff is unprofessional.

Although the wait time was a bit long, I wouldn't trade Dr. Ziboh for a million bucks. Not only did she take excellent care of me, she was awesome with my daughter too. I thank God for her.

I like the dr herself but the wait sucks and don't like that pharmaceutical companies get in to see her wiithout an appointment and patients wait more than 4 hrs to spend 20 minutes with the dr and then wait forever for prescription medications to get called in and other referral appointments to be made and when you are finally able to get someone on the phone for a question they never call back

I have NEVER been in Dr. Ziboh's office less than 4 hours waiting for a scheduled appointment, 3 times is enough! Looking for new doctor. Also, there is no handicap accessible bathroom. Dr is unprofessional and staff is unprofessional.

Three hours after my relatives appointment time, we are still in the waiting room. This has happened all 3 times we've been here. Doctor is very unprofessional. If i could I would give them zero stars. We will be finding another doctor

I always have to wait at least an hour after my appointment time to get called back. Office staff are rude and inconsiderate! Terrible customer service. Tried talking to office manager about a situation and the employee was very rude about getting the manager and the manager was not helpful at all.

Dr Ziboh is great, loves her patients. Office staff is terrible, do not care about the patients.
