Unprofessional and negligent . My father has Covid . Have been trying to ask the doctor if he could prescribe paxlovid since he’s elderly and my mother is high risk . His office staff will not call me back despite knowing the situation. Furthermore I have never encountered such rude and incompetent office staff . I would steer clear of this doctor because his priority seems to be charging for visits instead of the health of his patients .’

Unprofessional , irresponsible doctor . Have been trying to contact him regarding my elderly father who tested positive for Covid . He is the only one who can prescribe paxlovid because he has his records but he will not call back. His office staff is incompetent and unprofessional as well so I would stay away from this man . It has been two days and no call back .

I Have been trying to get a callback from the doctor for two days . My elderly father has symptoms and tested positive for Covid . He lives with my mother who is high risk and was hoping the doctor could prescribe paxlovid . On day two of trying to get a hold of someone at the office I finally had someone pick up . A not so overly friendly individual picked up and I explained the situation and was told they’d notify the doctor . After several hours passed I called back and spoke to another unfriendly nurse who proceeded to tell me the doctor was busy and I would get a call back which I never did . If this is not blatant disregard for patients health I don’t know what is . He probably would have preferred a visit so he could bill my father . I would go elsewhere to avoid this incompetent office staff and a money hungry irresponsible doctor.

I have been bringing my kids to see Dr. Guzman for many years now. I like the attention he pays to my children and the way he tries to put them at ease. The wait times can be a bit long but ultimately the care of my children is the most important factor as to why I return. It's not easy finding a good doctor so that is why i would recommend him for your entire family.

I feel as a patient that I do not take enough time to talk well with your patient about your general problems, he is always in a career and he takes you out very soon.

I had a great experience with Dr. Guzman. He takes his time to explain all my testing and the results in words I can understand. I would not hesitate to use this office. It's tough to find a great bilingual doctor.

He's so good with his patients and awesome with baby's and kids I truly recommend him
