Dr. Maurice Robert Poplausky, MD

Dr. Poplausky performed a procedure on me in the hospital. He had a fabulous bedside manor & made me feel relaxed & totally at ease. He was gently & kind and had a good sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone.

pompous, arrogant, inconsiderate, flighty. He does not care for the patient, but he does care about feeling congratulated for "helping" the patient, and seeks his own self-gratification. He will give you the run-around if you do not easily acquiesce to his "suggestions". (i put suggestion in the quotes because it's more like a tyrannical directive: when he tells the patient to follow some course of action, it sounds like a command because his ability to help the patient understand the rationale behind it is very poor) he will also lie to the patient. do not expect a compassionate doctor. as stated before, he doesn't exude warmth towards the patient, he only expects (undeserved) gratitude directed back towards him. BEWARE.
