Be very careful when Mr Trusts makes a costly mistake. He will not stand behind his work. He broke my root canal by putting a temporary tooth in that he had wedged in too hard thus causing abnormal amounts of pressure to the two surrounding teeth. When first visiting he said must do x-rays to see what's going on in there. Following x-rays he put a temporary tooth in while we waited for the crown to be made the following week. Before leaving I mentioned the tremendous amount of pressure was experiencing from the temporary tooth. He said it was normal. That night it got much worse, so decided to call the 24 Hour emergency line. The woman that answered assured me it was not an emergency and to wait to see them at my next appointment. The pressure and pain became worse so called again for emergency visit. Mr Trusas witnessed that the tooth next to the tooth he put in became loose. He immediately said "without knowing about that root canal this could happen to anyone." I said "Wait you said… that's what the x-rays were for." Hey says "you think I did this?" I replied "well your work did." Hey then replied "this is too much for me to deal with and asked myself and my friend to leave. He then wouldn't release my down payment deposit till I signed a waiver releasing all liability. I did not sign it. Please beware.
