Had surgery last month. Really scared and didn't know what to expect. Dr. Kaufman took extra time to answer all my questions and really seemed to genuinely care. Rare these days. Everything went great...Thank you Dr. Kaufman!

I was a patient for a heart procedure that Dr Kaufman was overseeing. I was also a member of the O.R. staff at the time. He was sincere and very caring before and after the procedure. I have worked with him many times previously and he has always had the perfect demeanor with patient's, family, and staff. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, attitude, and sincere nature to provoke positive outcomes for patients undergoing a surgical procedure. I was scared and didn't understand what what happens when you get put to sleep for surgery. Dr. Kaufman explained it all to me in terms I understood.

I was so scared when I had to have major surgery at Florida Hospital last month. Dr.Kaufman was my Anesthesiologist along with a Crna named Carlos. They both listened to me and helped me calm down. I was so nervous! I always get sick after anesthesia but whatever they gave me worked because I woke up not sick to my stomach. That's a first! Really professional and caring. Would definitely ask for him again.
