Dr. Max Mahmoud Ghannadi, MD

Dr. Ghannadi is nothing but an ideal, caring, informative primary care physician. The negative comments I'm reading are far from what I have personally experienced. Dr. Ghannadi is thorough, warm-hearted, and listens carefully to his patients. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful, but it's a busy office and sometimes patience is needed. I would recommend any friends or family of mine to go to Caspian Medical Clinic. Dr. Ghannadi will take care of your medical needs from A to Z. Lots of love to my Caspian Sea Clinic family!

ghannadi wow where do i begin? multiple documented mistakes THEYVE ADMITTED TO and REPEATEDLY APOLOGIZED FOR, over and over. ordered blood urine tests many times , doctor ordered wrong tests, lab confirmed, now he wants me to pay for an appointment so i can hand him a sheet of paper with his LAB MISTAKES doctor will not respond to any correspondence sometimes i wonder if staff intentionally messes things up or drops the ball, maybe they dont like me because i complain a lot to them, because i just dont understand how they can continue to screw up over and over, literally every time i go there there is some blooper ghannadi is nice, but his staff is unbelievably incompetent, they come off as just plain dumb. hes made mistakes too they generally seem confused and stuttering when i call if u require some answer or results, they are unable to call you back, they cant remind themselves or use a calendar, so u have to keep calling them until its done, or they say… its done even though it’s not done example, asking me to come in to talk about getting “another” blood test i had never done in 1st place. also....um hello? why do i need to come in to talk about a blood test? just email me staff is three hispanic ladies, all with a J at beginning of first name. Jessica is brainless. i have to call over and over and email over and over, and they say “yes those things will be tested on next blood test.” and guess what? weeks of waiting, not in blood tests ill request a specific doctor, and ill get referred to a different one. their are 3 lists of covered doctors im eligible for 1. the list dr ghannadi has 2. the list on the medical groups website 3. the list the medical group has if u call for some reason no one can combine these into one accurate list also ive been referred to doctors that are no longer at the location even though the medical group ( Prospect ) and ins co ( la care ) also frequently make these mistakes, ghannadi or staff dont seem to be checking if info is correct before forwarding to me also, half the time i call i hear a fax machine sound... i have to hang up and call back, so ghetto and theyre closed for lunch? what is this? 1965? you cant organize your business to be open for a full day?

Doctor Ghannadi is a very good doctor,very caring he listens to your concerns take his time with patients he’s not like other doctors that are mostly concern about the time they’re spending with you and not paying attention to your health concerns, he is always one step ahead. Thank you doctor Ghannadi ??????

A terrific m.d. who really cares and takes the time to prove it. Highly recommend him and his great staff.

Doctor seems okay kind of sloppy but the office staff is even worst. They make appointments at a certain time and there is an hour wait to see the doctor for 5 minutes. Staff was talking to each other in Spanish in the waiting room, they don't even pay attention to clients waiting there. I didn't even see many clients speaking Spanish, there was maybe 1-2, others seems to be other ethnicity, that is so rude and unconsidered. This is a very unprofessional and not an organized office. They close the office for 2 hours lunch time between the hours of 12pm to 2pm and when tried calling them at 4pm the doctor was already gone. I had also waited one week for an appointment and they said if i am very sick just go to the emergency room.
