Dr. Max Gregory Neill, MD

I was referred to Dr. Max Neill for some extensive dental implant work. I needed bone grafting done first, then implants placed when the bone had healed. I had never taken care of my teeth as a child, and was extremely afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Neill and staff told me the entire treatment would take about one and one-half years to complete. At the end, I would have new teeth with the help also of a dental specialist called a prostherdontist. Everything was explained carefully to my complete satisfaction, including finances. I thought the cost was reasonable, considering the amount of time and work to be done. His staff was polite and courteous at every visit; I have no complaints. I'm now finished and love my new teeth. I can chew again! And they look nice, too. I would highly recommend his office and staff to anyone considering doing this. But I'm glad I don't have to do this again. M. K. Jenkins, Fort Worth

Dr. Neill and his staff allowed me to have a good and relaxing experience to a very scary situation. I was involved in a car accident and Dr. Neill stitched up some lacerations in my mouth without any pain involved. My mouth and face healed very well without scarring. I will definitely come back to their office and refer my friends to him.

I went to Dr. Neill for dental implants, and the quality of my life has been horribly changed. He told me that I needed sinus lifts and bone grafts, and recommended 6 implants. Dr. Neill sold me on the treatment plan and said that if it was not successful, he would return half of my money. He said he had done many cases like mine. After considerable pain, months of recovery time, and tens of thousands of dollars, my mouth is totally damaged. I have lost part of the feeling in my lip, cheek and jaw. My sense of taste is damaged so that my food does not taste the same. My mouth tastes salty all of the time. In addition, I now have chronic dry mouth, and a severe deviated septum. Both of which I did not have before Dr. Neill's surgery. Dr. Neill insisted that his work was successful. When I confronted him about the damages I had suffered, his callous response was "It's just going to be that way," which he repeated several times. He never offered to return any of my money. If I could… turn back the clock, I would never have had Dr. Neill work on me.
