Maxim Itkin, MD

I feel incredibly fortunate to have located Dr. Itkin and his lymphatic team. From the start, the team was optimistic that they could help me with my chyle leak even though I had pursued other treatments, including surgery, with no success. Dr. Itkin diligently worked until he identified the cause of my problem and performed a procedure that fully rectified it. All of my doctors and nurses were kind and skilled, and I feel that I could not have been in a better place for treatment.

Dr. Itkin was approachable and well versed in his area of specialization. His group has published extensively about non-traumatic chylothorax and he can speak with authority on the causes and treatments. He was willing to help us understand our problem when everyone else was shaking their heads. I can't recommend highly enough within his area of specialization.
