Dr. Maxim Mitchell, MD

After 45 years with the same primary care doctor, I was a tad nervous about engaging with a new and very young doctor. Dr. Mitchell put me at ease with his calm demeanor. I felt he was very respectful of my opinions and decisions regarding my health care.

Excellent doctor! He took the time to understand my problem and carefully examined me. He reviewed all my symptoms and was able to diagnose my condition right away. A few medications and a quick recheck and I was in the clear. This doctor is knowledgeable, attentive and careful. FIVE STARS!

Was very thorough with our well baby check.

Went to him after not feeling well. He was not very thorough or understanding. He seemed a bit put off if you asked questions or explained how you are feeling and made you feel as if you were overreacting for coming in. He had zero manners or respect, overall he needs a few classes on how to communicate properly and understand from a patients point of you. I will never go back to this doctor again, and as you can see from the other review I’m not the only one.

I went to visit him for an eye infection. He gave me a hand shake but barely shook my hand like he was afraid of getting a mortal illness. During the evaluation, He washed his hands each time he touched my face or hands, 8 times. I don't see any problems with him washing his hands, the problem is he is a doctor. He has to touch patients. at least he could wait until he was done evaluating me to wash his hands. the whole process was very uncomfortable for me. Also, I don't think he did a great job doing it because I could see he was afraid of coming closer to me. It was the worst experience ever. I will never go back to that Dr.
