May Chammaa, MD is dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to mental health care and take meaningful steps toward improved emotional and physical well-being through online and in-person visits.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to providing evidence-based, holistic, individualized care. I completed my undergraduate and medical education at Wayne State University in Detroit before training in Adult Psychiatry at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.

I treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, postpartum and perinatal depression, student mental health, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and psychotic disorders. My approach is grounded in a comprehensive evaluation and thoughtful consideration of the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health, with treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals.
