I honestly can't say I've been to a worst doctor. Her staff was rude to my four year old and annoyed at my two year old. Even though they made me sit there for over an hour. Never going back.

There is no walk in appointment ! Every time my son is sick, I just go to urgent care! Rude receptionist ! Hate here

She is a very nice lady and is never in a rush to finish up with her patients, she takes her time and asks if we have questions or any concerns, love her! She can be pretty filled up for appointments but she tries to attend walk-ins when possible.

This was my daughter's first doctor. The wait was horrible. Even with appointment the wait is at least one hour or more. They are so busy that sometime won't take walk-in or have to wait few days to go into see her. In emergency, the nurse recommends to go to hospital emergency room. We arrive and registered the appointment on time but if you are feeding your baby in the car and they call you in and you tell them you will be there in ten minute. They will reject you and reschedule another day for your appointment. It ok for us to wait two hour but for them to wait 10 minutes is a problem. After my daughter was born, I have no time to think except the best for my baby. First thing I do is to add my daughter to my health insurance and I choose her as my daughter pediatrician. I scheduled the 1st appointment for my daughter. The nurse from the office call two day ahead to remind us the appointment. As we walk in to the appointment, the nurse asks they needed to verify more… information from the health insurance before they can precede the appointment. I argued with the nurse why they canâ??t call two day ahead to verify with me or with the health insurance. They say they forgot and they were in a shift change during that time. There are only few female pediatricians in the area. That doesn't stop me for looking for other female pediatrician out there. This is a really bad experience.
