Great cardiologist, on time, explains everything, very nice and listens. Her nurse and staff are nice and always explain things.

I highly recommend Dr Maya Kommineni if you need a Cardiologist that really cares and takes the time to listen to her patients concerns and to help in all areas of getting a healthy heart. From heart healthy food ideas,to exercise,to other great information,Dr K really does have a heart for her patients and her job. Also,her nurse LuAnne is always there to help in any way she can!

Great doctor/Cardiologist. My wife and I see Dr. K. Staff is good, nice. Dr. K is on time always. Referred to many friends who are very happy as well.

Have been seeing Dr. K for 3 years and just love her and the staff. She is a great Cardiologist and the only one who discusses nutrition and its role in improving health. Have several friends who see her as well. Dr. K does community talks too!

Dr. Kommmineni was recommended by my primary doctor for palpitations. Her staff were great at squeezing me in as I was leaving town and scared. Dr was on time for the appointment, greeted me with a warm smile and was able to talk to me face to face while typing what I told her. Testing showed I was having SVT so she referred me to an electrical cardiologist. In the mean time, Dr. Kommineni reassured me this was not dangerous and taught me ways to stop the racing heart. She also provided me so much information/education on nutrition to protect my heart. Very grateful to be her patient.

Went to Dr. Kommineni for a second opinion for my palpitations. Was not getting answers from my regular doc and the heart doctor they referred me to. Dr. Kommineni ordered an echo and a monitor and found I had Afib. My dad had a stroke from Afib so I was scared but relieved to know. Dr. Kommineni got me on the medications and flipped my heart back to normal. I feel 100% better. Great visit, have all the confidence in her and the Porter staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Kommineni for 2 years now and she caught my CAD before I had a heart attack. I got a stent and felt back to my normal self. Now my husband, mother and aunt all see her. She focuses on prevention rather than pushing medications which we all like. Plus her nurse and staff are so nice, caring and always get back to me with answers. High recommend Dr. K.
