Best dentist experience ever, painless , takes her time, treats you like family

All the staff gossip like high school Girls, she bleached my sons teeth it was hurting him for days, had a crown by her didn’t last a year, if you complain or not happy she has a mean attitude.

i wish there was an option to give 0 stars. this is by far the worst office i have ever been to. Rude, terrible service, and utterly unprofessional. after they scheduled a 9:00 appt for my daughter, the dentist refused to see her when i arrived at 9:05. she said she's busy and told me to come in the afternoon. after taking the whole day off of work to attend to my daughter's emergency toothache, she refused to see her when she came back in the afternoon. she said i should set an appointment for the next day. she gave me a mid-day appointment so i had to take another day off of work. when i arrived the secretary (also the dentist's niece, claimed that my daughters insurance wasn't active-which it was! she wanted to charge me $50 for each x-ray and another $50 to talk to the dentist without treatment. i asked her how much will it be to treat her she said she doesn't know until she takes all the x-rays. i asked her for an estimate she said they charge $600 and up for fill-ins and $300 for… extractions. the secretary was trying to pocket some of the money. she was rude and unprofessional and yelled at me because I asked to speak to the dentist.

Go there if you want to be disrespected and belittled. I never met a doctor who was so unprofessional, I was genuinely surprised. I was in pain and referenced my previous treatment experience during the appointment, which apparently offended the doctor and she game me a speech how I should seek a second opinion if I do not trust her. She also game me 3 injections to numb the pain, which did not work, and then told me that I was too tense and nervous so she could not do her job. She wanted to give me 4th injection but said she was afraid to tell me because I was already tense. So basically, we have here an incompetent doctor who was uncomfortable and could not reassure a patient who was nervous. So instead of comforting the patient, she got defensive and attacked me saying that I am the one who is not comfortable with her. I left the office in tears. What a shame.
