Dr. Mayo Ralph Delilly, MD

My kids have been patients of Dr. Delilly for 14yrs and i love the way he cares for my kids needs.I wouldn't change him for no other doctor. Know i have 4 kids and his the only doctor Ive had for them so i wouldn't change him for any other Dr.<3

I have been to this doctors office about three times and each time was a hassle. First of all the staff is not knowledgeable in customer service at all. They can see you walk in waiting to be helped and will not even stop the personal conversations they have going on amongst themselves to help you. The nurses are so quick to try and tell you what they can't do and what your insurance will cover without even checking and once you insist they check their facts and they see that they are in error they do not even apologize. They tell you your appointment time is at one time but when you get their you still have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes, the explanation for that was that they have an arrival time and an appointment time listed on the appointment form they give you, but nowhere on the form does it have a second time stating appointment time.Again, doctor is great and i would recommend him to anyone but his staff simply sucks.
