Awful. Doctor prescribed the wrong medicine by mistake so my mail-in pharmacy mailed it to my wife and of charged us $225. Then doctor said it was a mistake and prescribed the right meds, so they mailed the right one and there was another $200+ charge. Pharmacies do not take any returns, so doctor said to bring back receipt and they will reimbursed us. We brought the receipts and after not hearing from them for 2 month my wife called. She spoke to someone name Kaitlin. That person was very rude, was screaming of the phone and flat out saying “you are not getting your money back” My wife then spoke to manager Nancy Sisch, who was also very rude and said that they will not refund the money. They even said that it’s been over 2 month ago so it’s too long. Well, if you don’t pay you bill for over 2 month they will send it to collection, but when they owe you then after 2 months they consider it too long and will not refund. Terrible place. So I’m glad I already switched to another doctor a… year ago, so now after 20 years of going to the same doctor my wife will also finally find another doctor. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Nurse and doctor not so friendly, more of a business. Felt like I was in an assembly line , in and out, no time to deal with my child's concerns. My child and I were there 30 mins. earl, so I know it was not because we were late. Trying to sell me tests that had nothing to do with why we were there. Did not seem to be concerned with my child's issues, just sending her for test that had nothing to do with my child's headaches and having trouble sleeping. Doctor telling a 13 year old, who is not over weight, that she needs to lose 15 to 20lbs. Now I have to worry about my teenager thinking she is fat, who does that. There are nicer ways to suggest that a child watch what they eat, not just come right out and say you gained weight since the last time they were there and they need to loose 15 to 20 lbs. This was my first and last visit.

This place is just a very big chaotic mess. The doctor, the nurse, and the staff do not work together properly, and as a result, the place is a train wreck. One person tells you one thing, and then another person tells you another thing, and in the end, you are just wasting your time, money, and energy. Even when you show up to your appointment on time, they will still make you wait for a very long time. I needed to get a TB test done, and they said they ran out of the vaccine! I just need one piece of paper from them, and God knows how long I'm gonna wait for that. If you need something done from them, you might as well give up now, because it is not going to be done correctly, or in the time you need it in. The nurse, Lorraine has a very bad attitude and acts like she doesn't have time for you, she won't even return a simple 'hello'. The staff makes so many mistakes and they do not know what they are doing at all, I don't know how they still have patients. I would not recommend this… place to anyone.

Never in all my experience have i ever seen a staff which treats you as badly as the receptionista in this office. All you need to do is make a phone call to schedule an appointment and it starts! My wife is a R.N. at the nearby hospital anf has just completed several clinicals with many other offices in the area and no one can come close to the women working behind the glass window!!!!!
