While in the hospital, my father's primary care doctor requested a neurology consult. It ended up being Dr. Eneyni who saw him. Because my father had Parkinson's disease and dementia, I was his health care proxy and made ALL of his healthcare decisions. Even though he knew this, Dr. Eneyni started my father on a new medication WITHOUT discussing it or approving it with me or his primary care doctor. It turns out that my father had previously been advised to NOT take that med due to his medical history. On NUMEROUS occasions I called and left messages to speak with Dr Eneyni about my father's care. It took a week of my calling twice daily before he called me. When he did finally speak with me, he was rude and condescending and unwilling to listen to my concerns. Once out of the hospital, my father developed severe side effects from the medication Dr. Eneyni had given him. Dr. Eneyni refused to speak to me about it and he and his office staff refused to schedule an appointment in… his office to see my father within a reasonable time frame. They claimed he wasn't a patient of Dr. Eneyni because he was only seen in the hospital on numerous occasions and not in the office. I was horrified by how we were treated.

I was in there of 10 min. at most. Said we can follow your MRI no change since 2016. "I can't see" this was what I told him he said go to your eye Dr. "my eye dr said to see a neuro opt isn't that you?" Ya but I don't see anything wrong. No neuro exam. example squeeze fingers check all reflexes etc. I got how many fingers am I holding up, checked knee and elbow reflexes. Listened to my heart. I was still asking questions when he handed me the paper and said give this to the front desk. He herds people in and out like cattle to collect insurance is what I have seen the 3 times at this office. It is overflowing with people and in the 20 total minutes I was there he saw 3 people then me what does that say. Staff was really nice this day though

although I did not use the nuerosurgen threw angels I did however see Dr eneyni for a good amount of time and was by far the best numerologist I ever had.

nurse clueless - no dx, no tp, no treatment at all, saw md for 4 minutes ONE TIME ONLY, had all kinds of testing, no results, NOTHING..........my son continues to suffer and no treatment was offered, or discussed........filed a grievance with NO RESPONSE, will file with the medical board and with insurance co. .....

I have been a patient for 4 months and never ONCE met a real neurologist...I am being treated by a nurse practitioner who has no clue. No diagnosis, no treatment plan and no pain management. Wait times are terrible, the phone contact is even worse. Rude, clueless people...the office looks like a tire repair shop. Stay away!

amazing doctor, very thorough, compassionate and gets what you need done

This doctor is extremely rude. He just asked a few obvious questions but gave no opinion. Even when I prompted him about some mri's that my girlfriend had done he just said "oh I can tell you if they were read" does some clicks on his computer, "ah yup, all done"... But then he said NOTHING !!! He then sends her for an eeg in Abington but when we drive all the way there they refuse to do it because he did not order it.!!!! Staff is extremely rude and immature.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the treatment my wife has received from Angels Neurological in Taunton, MA. While the doctors and nurses are pleasant, all information and care feels rushed and not fully explained. My wife seemed only to get treated for her pain without a solid effort to find or fix the source of the pain. To make matters worse, the staff in both the Taunton and Abbington offices treated my wife more as an addict than a patient. Her prescriptions were slow to get filled as the bumbling staff failed to send faxes, sent faxes to the wrong pharmacy (even after repeated calls and visits by me to ensure the correct pharmacy was listed in their files) or failed to get clearance from doctors before they left for the day, weekend or even vacations. Angels left my wife with no answers for her pain and made managing the pain impossible.
