Dr. Mazhar Javaid, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Javaid for a couple of years now and I am so glad to have been referred to him. If it weren’t for him I would not have ever known why I was experiencing the deep tiredness I was having. He discovered that I had sleep apnea. What a shock to me. He now oversees that and my asthma. He explains everything to me when I have questions and I never feel rushed. Very professional.

But, he alone is the only one I will see in his office. He literally saved my life! He has an aggressive method of care that anyone could value and should! He knows what he's doing! And he's a bulldog when it comes to medical care. He doesn't quit until he succeeds! Definitely my kind of doctor!

Dr. Javaid has been caring for my husband and me for about seven years. I rate him at the top of my list for doctor's I trust 100%. He is so very knowledgeable and if he does not know something, he tells me, and says he will check on it. Then he follows through! He is the reason my husband is alive, although he is very humble about it. It can be a little hard to get in to see him on short notice, but that is because he is so good that his appointment schedule fills up. Dr. Javaid is worth the wait. He also has an excellent PA, who can often see us the same day we call. This saves us from going to the ER.

Dr. Javaid is my husband's favorite pulmonologist. Dr. Javaid really does care and gives it his all. He is willing to try new things. COPD is an extremely challenging disease. We are grateful for the care from this wonderful doctor.
