great timing, very thorough with me, kind staff; overall good experience

Dr. Deen did a great job with my first ever health exam. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He and his staff are so friendly and helpful.

Dr. Deen is very welcoming and he knows what he's doing, he took his time listening to me and I absolutely had good experience here, has a good sense of humor as well.

I was in the hospital at Beaumont Grisse Pointe and he was the attending doc. Long story short, he was rude, didn’t take any time to speak with me, and his only interest seemed to “push me out of the hospital.” Only until I threatenevef to file a complaint with the AMA, did he take 5 minutes with me. I’m amazed he made it through medical school as something as simple as a script for topical cream was not written properly by him, leaving me unable to fill it. In the end, I insisted that he be removed as my attending doctor.

Long story short, I was in the hospital, he was supposed to be the "attending" doctor, but over three days I saw him for a total of ten minutes. When he finally came to discharge me, he said he was "late for golf" and instead of explaining the next steps towards recovery, he left as quickly as possible. I'm not one to write reviews, but the care provided by this doctor was not acceptable. He does not care about his patients, but only his own personal status as a "doctor". Do not see him.
