I take time to ask thoughtful questions so I can fully understand what’s troubling my patients. I believe in providing clear, straightforward information and encouraging them to ask questions — because when patients feel informed and heard, they’re more comfortable and confident in their care plan. Effective communication is at the heart of how I practice. I see the provider-patient relationship as a partnership: I offer guidance while respecting each patient’s level of understanding, personal values and goals. I want my patients to feel empowered to take charge of their health, and to trust me enough to share any challenges that might stand in their way.My clinical focus includes foot and ankle fractures, acute and chronic conditions, with a special interest in issues related to diabetes. I also manage non-surgical foot and ankle issues, including sprains, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, corns, calluses and undiagnosed pain.
