They're constantly emailing me about some other patient's appointments and their info. They never pick up the phone when I call, so I have left many messages trying to get it to stop and it does not stop.

Dr Mahaffey is a very caring & knowledgeable doctor. He is a good listener & I appreciate that he is careful not to over prescribe medication. My husband & I are thankful to have been his patients for years!

Dr Mahaffey is a very good listener when you tell him your symptoms and concerns. I would highly recommend him he is taking care of me my daughter and my granddaughter for several years very satisfied

Dr Mahaffey is a very good doctor but I stopped going to him a few years ago because of an unfortunate experience. Twice I was his first scheduled appt after lunch. After a 1-1/2 hour wait each time, his first words when he came in the room were that he was very busy and didn't have time for me. I had better things to do than sit there waiting, then be greeted that way.

I really appreciated Dr. Mahaffey's phone nurse calling me back so promptly and being so courteous. Dr. Mahaffey is a kind man and made me feel at ease during my appt.

I liked that if you have to wait the nurses check back with you.. you know you are not forgotten. The doctor takes time to read over your chart he does not rush through it. He is VERY thoughtful and does not miss anything he goes back and makes sure.. he is the best at working with other specialists. He confers and does not think he knows everything!! I appreciate this! I have a diabetes and heart doctor and he works well with them.. they seem to like him. He seems very interested in your health and that is what I want! Very personable!

Cloth seats in waiting room is a breeding ground for germs. No pried in the way the office looks. Very unprofessional.
