Doc Thurston is always willing to listen to you and work to find the best solution to treat your needs. Whether it be Sports related or medical issues. I trust him fully and 100 percent. You are not just a number to move through the system, but a person and he understands that.

I understand we are in a pandemic and need to alter schedules but after waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment and being told repeatedly that I was going to sent back to meet with the doctor in 5 to 10 minutes, I had to leave. Poor customer service. Not my first bad experience with Tanner Clinic and their doctors. I will be looking for new doctors. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

Dr. Mac Thurston preforms magic with steroid shots and he is a great family doctor as well. Using ultra-sound he pinpoints the exact spot, hardly feel the needle and my shoulder pain of 2 years 100% better. 18 months later, I'm still 90% less pain. Steroid shots are temporary relief but I'm doing much better then average. My next visit I had 3 steroid injections (small amounts) into inflamed muscle between my shoulder and neck. Still no pain 6 months later. Using Tanner Clinic for all other specialist and testing, Dr. Thurston communicates the final results very clear and fast via the NextGen Portal and personal office calls. During the COVID 19 shutdown and using NextGen, he wrote his professional findings, attached all test documents, and welcomed me to call if I had any questions . He's a good listener, explains clearly, and very friendly. Dr. Thurston is my go to doctor for everything!
