Staff is rude and doesn’t bother returning voicemails. They won’t do Rx refills without an office visit so they can charge you. Would not recommend.

We moved away from Marietta five years ago. Have never found a doctor that even came close to Dr Bain’s experience and great bed side manner. He actually called us back personally when we had a problem. We miss him!

The staff are very rude. Making appointments are difficult and trying to get results back are awful. Would not recommend this office.

Dr. Bain has been my primary care physician for over nine years. I trust him. My husband and two adult children go to him as well. He is always patient, courteous and professional along with his fabulous staff. He is honest, cares and listens!!!! His diagnoses are always on point.

He's not easy to make an appointment that day unless you go into the office to make your appt otherwise it's a week out. Sometimes he runs a little late but is well worth it. He is very good and it's hard to find a good doctor these days.

DR BAIN OFFICE WILL NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISE. THEY CHARGE FOR PRESCRITONS FORMS FOR HIS PAITENTS. THEY ARE PROACTIVE IN HELPING THEIR PAITENTS AND FAMILY

Getting an elderly patient to a doctor's appointment requires much time, effort and planning, especially when the patient has limited mobility. Imagine our shock and surprise when we arrived for our appointment only to be told that the appointment had been cancelled. Nobody called us, nobody emailed us...no notification. This trip to the doctor for a first time visit required a rental car, a 25 mile drive and the better part of a day. The receptionist had no explanation nor apology nor any comment of concern as to why we had not been contacted in advance about the appointment cancellation. In addition...an unpleasant odor was present in the waiting area and the room looked shabby and worn (in an otherwise brand new building!). Not impressed at all with this doctor...book your appointment at your own risk and call ahead before you leave your house to verify if your appointment has been cancelled...they will certainly not call you.

I am a cancer patient. Although Dr. Bain is not my oncologist, he is my primary care physician. He patiently listen so me. He never makes me feel as though my complaints are inconsequential. When he can, he gives me an explaination for my complaint. When he can't, he does not hesitate to order me a diagnostic test. Because I do a lot of reading on my condition, I ask quite a few questions. He never seems to be irritated by this, and I appreciate that.The Pice de rsistance - He seems to be genuinely friendly and nice while maintaining excellent professionalism.
