Dr. Meagan Leana Alpha, MD

I waited 50 min to see Meagan. During that time the nurse rattled through my chart and asked me questions that made no sense. She asked me questions about medical diagnosis that she couldn't pronounce and had me explain what a double mastectomy was. I explained I had 2 medical conditions well known in the OBGYN field and she knew nothing about. That was alarming. After I finally see Meagan, she spent the entire 20 min telling me how I needed to diet and take supplements. I felt judged and unseen in what I was coming to her for. Her bedside manor left a lot to be desired. I feel that she looked at a chart and made judgements before meeting me or talking to me through my history or concerns. She made condescending comments about the way people eat "people used to use McDonalds as a treat and now eat it everyday." Her job was not to disrespect but to listen to concerns and help me through them. I've never felt more disrespected at an apt. It was a waste of 90 min and I will never return.
