SKYLINE MEDICAL Dr. Raouf from what I understand may be a friendly kind doctor but his staff is enough to make you sick! The lack of organization, communication, and knowledge is beyond lax! Being a patient of Dr. Raouf for 12 years you would think the staff had basic knowledge of the patient! We dropped off on Friday at 9am a copy of an emergency letter that required the doctor’s signature for government purposes. The government requiring the letter by 5pm that day – (government made this request on Thursday at 4:45pm) …. Details of necessity were completely explained to the staff on Friday morning! The fact that this letter would change the life of a special needs adult was fully emphasized!!! This letter was basically to confirm for government that this young lady has been challenged her entire life! Throughout the day on Friday we visited the office to inquire on the progress of the required signature. Nothing! They would call when ready! As of Monday morning at 9am when we… arrived they were clueless and had done nothing with the letter – once again we explained the importance of the letter – Following that we waited in the office for over one hour - the covering doctor even had the nerve to come out and explain the protocol of the office and that it takes 48 hours – maybe if she checked with her office staff she would have known she had this request in her office for over 48 hours!!!! As the letter was handed to us 1 hour and 13 minutes later (after a comedy of errors) the office staff member had the nerve to comment ”doing this one a favor and she is yelling at me” ….. At this point we took the letter and replied now in a loud tone …. “no one has yelled as you and as far as a favor this is your job that you are getting paid for!” Skyline medical …..THUMBS DOWN!!!!! P.S. – The letter containing 12 sentences they had to re-typed on doctors letterhead was copied wrong …. The dates of this young lady being a patient of the practice was off by 11 years!!!!!!

The wait time used to be a bit long, but he was always worth the wait! With the new staff, the wait time has improved and Dr. Raouf is definitely my favorite doctor. He really cares about your health, and loves to take the time with each of his patients. He follows up with me and he's great! Now that the wait time has improved, I don't have a single complaint!

I love Dr Raouf, but he runs chronically late. It is inconvenient, but he's worth the wait. I never feel rushed, and he spends as much time as I need with me. I am happy to recommend him, with the caveat of the long wait time. He listens well, and doesn't treat just the lab work, he treats the patient. An old school dr with good values and modern protocols.

Most incompetent health care provider that I have ever encountered. Does not maintain accurate records and fails to write prescriptions properly leaving patients without vital medication for days at a time. He is demeaning, unprofessional and condescending arguing with incorrect facts. He is argumentative and belligerent. His medical record keeping is so poor that he cannot determine what medications you are on and is reliant upon patients to tell him what medications, dosages and quantities they want filled. He made reference to himself as a drug dealer. I intend on following up with any and all jurisdictional oversight bodies that govern the behavior and practices of medical professionals.

Good luck getting scripts for referrals... 2 months have past and I'm still trying to get scripts from them. Time to find a new office. Highly unprofessional.

I been a patient of Dr. Raouf for now over 20 years. In those 20 years, i been hospitalized with life threattening conditions now over four times. My condition requires continues monitoring. Dr. Raouf care, knowledge, and ability to bring qualified experts in the field of my ailments has been the difference between life and death. His care for you during and after surgery, gives you the confidence in that you case is being handle by an expert, good physician, whose care does not end at the office or the hospital. Dr. Raouf is an excellent physician, with a caring bedside manner and expertise to match for in internal medecine and tropical diseases. I travel overseas constantly and where other doctors in the US failed to diagnose life threatening tropical diseases, Dr. Raouf has come through for me and my family members. I could not be in better hands and I recommend Dr. Raouf without hesitation

Very poor wait time in the past two weeks I had to wait two hours to see him then he left me in my room for over an hour.Very good doctor but horrible with timing and overbooking!

The overall experience was very poor. A sparse waiting area, long wait time and indifference to me as a patient summed up my experience.Do not be surprised to fins a dubious bill presented to you before service. My example: My insurance covers cleanings twice a year at no additional cost, but Dr. Raouf refused to perform a cleaning unless I also agreed to a deep cleaning service for an additional $1,700.00! And this after a two hour wait in the office.Avoid this office unless you absolutely have no other choice. I know I will.
