Dr. Meena and the staff are amazing. They work with you to get you to best the health you can be. They are very kind, patient, helpful, and accommodating. I am 52. After gaining a lot of weight due to career needs, my health, vitality and most importantly, my marriage was suffering. Dr. Meena Malhotra at Heal n Cure gave me a one hour appointment after I attended her free educational seminar about Hormone Therapy. I felt the office was very clean and the staff very professional, the phlebotomist was also on-site. On the next visit I was explained the results of the blood work. I heard of Heal n Cure from a friend of mine. A weight loss program that is covered by insurance! I thought it was great so I gave it a chance. From the first time I went there I liked the staff and enjoyed listening to Dr. Malhotra talk about nutrition. At that time I had one child and had some pounds I needed to lose. In a matter of a month I was able to be back at my pre baby weight and looked even better. I felt amazing. A year later I got pregnant with my second baby and gained even more than what I gained with my first one but I was not worried because I knew I would go back to healncure and lose the weight. I went back to Heal n Cure but not only as a weight management patient but decided to make Dr. Malhotra my Primary Care Physician (PCP) because I love how she thinks outside the box. Now I am in the process of losing all the second baby weight and I am already more than halfway there in just 2 months. I feel great, I have lots of energy (even with a 2 months old baby and a… toddler, lol). The best part is that several people have told me "you don't look like you just a baby". I truly recommend heal n cure to all persons that need to lose weight and or would like a PCP that not only practices western medicine but holistic medicine as well.

I love Dr Malhotra.  She listens to what you say like you are her only patient.  I did her New You program and feel so much better.  I lost weight   my hormones are finally balanced.  I am retired and I was thinking of moving out of Illinois.  But after the care I got at Heal n Cure I changed  my mind.  My husband said "you can't lose this doctor  she is the only one that has helped you ".
