Dr. Meena M Mehta, MD

Saw Dr. Mehta 2.5 months ago, after waiting 6 weeks. Not a great listener, but I think one of her solutions might have worked. She said she'd call me the next day with a prescription and to tell me what equipment to buy. I've heard nothing, despite calling her receptionist several times. Obviously a 100% waste of time and money.

I went to her office 5 times total - the only time I met with the doctor herself the only examination for apnea she did was to repeat the 5 question level of sleepiness survey my pcp had given me, while she quite literally rested her foot that she dropped a box on. I never saw her for an appointment again. Each time I met with the NP instead who, while had an OK bedside manner, was also clearly poorly equipped to handle my case. CPAP didn't work for me - as I later found out from another doctor - my airway is way too small. Wasted over a year going to her with no results. Find yourself a doctor who will actually examine her patients!

Dr. Mehta is caring and listened to my fears and concerns and explained my condition thoroughly. She made me feel better about my condition. I had questions after my appointment and called the office. Dr. Mehta called me in the evening to answer my questions. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and provides an excellent patient-doctor relationship. I would recommend her to anyone with pulmonary issues.

Horrible communication.

The staff in the office is amazing- they went out of their way to get me my cpap machine so quickly because I needed it right away. I felt very taken care of and considered by the girls in the office. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know who needs help from people who actually care.

I waited a very long time to see Dr. Mehta. She was not helpful and dismissed me. No apologies for making me wait 35 minutes. I will not return again.

She appears to understand your sleeep issues but it's very hard to reach her and get messages across. Tried calling today, phone just rings and rings. Also had numerous issues with her staff figuring out my insurance where different people called asking same questions... right hand not in sync with left. Medical side of the office is good. Administrative side, not really.

very unprofessional, never returns calls for days and days left on hold about 20 minutes staff will tell you things have been faxed when they were not, extremely rude staff

Horrible. Doesn't care. Unprofessional.

Always prompt at appointments. Very straight forward.
