I took my son to doctor Mernakshi since it is close to where I live. Our visits our maximum 2 to 3 times a year, including physical exam. I had few bad experiences in all these years. Until this recent experience we had. My son was extremely sick with stomach virus. He was extremely dehydrated. I had an interview for work (recently unemployed.). My father who is 68 who has problem walking volunteered taking him. He called the doctor's office and asked if he can bring my son and also mentioned that we do not have insurance. The staff said it was okay and my son can go see the doctor. After reaching there and waiting for his number my father Was told the doctor doesn't accept patient without insurance and she will not see him. Long story short I found out that she was holding a grudge from past. It was very shocking because if she did not want to see the patient the staff should informed when my father called earlier to verify. Taking a dehydrated child and waiting and then to be… informed.... Wow! What an experience. I feel no one should go through this... Specially a 9 year old who is full dehydrated... But I am just glad this happen. I managed a find a very good doctor and courteous staff for my child... Who will not turn us down.

she is a good doctor who does care about her patients
