one of the most unprofessional establishments to take your child...head of their billings department which is Oma failed to send the claim for my sons wellness checkup to my insurance after months of trying to get it resubmitted from them....owes me $120 that I have also been trying to get for months now with no success....manager doesn't have the decency to pick up the phone and call me about the situation and staff just tells me they don't know where she is so I can't talk to her and have been waiting for her to call me back but still nothing... want people to know how they run their office and if you have any problems with them they don't want to deal with you or fix them...my son has been going there for over 2 yrs and this is how they treat their clients will NEVER go back again and don't recommend them to anyone

A to Z pediatrics on Sontera has been the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Inefficient, dishonest, and inconsistent. They are only concerned with scheduling more appointments to maximize billing I guess. It has become ridiculous and harmful. Every time I am told this next appointment we will actually do what you called to schedule an appointment for, but first we need to do this. If it takes 8 appointments to accomplish something, be honest up front. I would have gone elsewhere from the beginning.

DR.Chintapalli needs to get reed off monica, shes the front office clerk, in the medical center . shes very cold ,rued not profecional at all and she's always in the phone or facebook.over all the rest of the staff are very nice.

Dr Chintapalli told me she does not believe in Mental retardation. When I asked her to recommend a developmental doctor she told me I did not need one because SHE was good enough. She Puts me down as a parent. I would not recommend her! The office staff and nurses are wonderful!

I love the new staff at ewing hassel ,the girls make a great team, very efician , A+ from front to back.

The office visit was pleasant, the front office person was a bit cold, but the nurses made up for it. They were very nice and went out of their way for us. The physician was nice, very caring with my children. I will be coming back to this office.

Dr. Chintapalli has been caring for my children since birth. My oldest is now 18 and "graduated from Pedi care" which really makes me sad as finding a new Dr for her will probably not be as easy.
