Dr. Meera Cheruvattath Menon

I've had Dr. Meera Menon as my doctor for the past 6 months. Never have I been so frustrated with a physician. She lacks communication skills and seems genuinely unconcerned about my blood sugar levels (high). She never checks my feet for nerve damage or injection sites for buildup scar tissue. It took 4 months for her to finally send in the prescription for my Omnipod she wrote the day of appointment. I'm inquiring my primary doctor about referring me to a new endocrinologist. I don't want to spend my money on a physician who lacks any motive for my care and/or health.

Her office and assistant are 100% non responsive in regards to my pump supply refills. I can not express the time and energy I spent trying to renew..while the prescription request was faxed 4-6 times no one ever got it. I am to the point that I think someone in that office is messing me by after a month I had ran out of supplies, I purchased needles (because they wouldnt respond to the pharmacy question of clarity. So angry.

Poor communication and overall interest in health. Very “clinical”. Did nothing for diabetes care including not checking my feet. Drew blood and gave results, period.

I find the office and professional staff outstanding. Appt are made easily and normally without waiting. I like the fact, my blood work is done in the same building. Never waited more than two minutes to have blood taken. All I can say it is few and far in between that you'll find a more respectful and efficent office. I have waited more than hour to see a doctor before. Not here, in and out, everybody is nice what else would you expect. Liking it!
