Dr. Meg Melissa Hainer, MD

After skimming through some of the old(er) reviews, I need to add mine --- Although I have been going to Dr. Hainer for years, it seems her support staff has either been revised or retrained. As everyone else agrees, Dr. Hainer is The Best. Caring. Professional. Knowledgeable. Personable. I am grateful for her And Dr. Danielle Miller, Nurse Practitioner. And you need look no further.

Horrible staff!! Need to find a new practice because of the supporting staff!! So sad because the doctors are good

Dr. Hainer is the most kind and caring doctor. She spends time with you and is very engaging.

I am grateful to have found such a compassionate doctor, who takes time out to console you when you are sad, hug you when you are happy, explain everything with kindness and patience. She is always so sweet. She gives you all the time you need without rushing you. Most of the Ladies in the office are really nice. There is one upstairs that is cold as ice and should not be working in an office where compassion should be given instead of attitude. Very hard to get an appointment in a timely manner when you have a problem and you are met with frost at the other end of the call. Such a wonderful place. It is sad that one bad apple can make Clients go elsewhere.

I’m so thankful to have found such a compassionate doctor, who takes time out to console you when your sad,and receive bad news, and on the other end when your happy and laughing she’s right beside you laughing and smiling with you! I would wait 5 hours if I had to just to know she’s going to be my doctor, she’s worth the wait!!

Dr Hainer is wonderful but the support staff is lacking. No follow up, don’t give messages, wait time is out of control. After an hour waiting, I had to go find someone to remind them I was still waiting for my appoint and had even been checked in yet. Would not recommend.

I love Dr. Hainer and appreciate the time and compassion she has shown me over the years. Unfortunately, the wait time has become out of control. Two and a half hours is unacceptable. My appointments have been cancelled three times and I had to wait over a month to get another appointment. The staff is not sympathetic to the fact that I have to get back to my job and refuse to recognize that I too have responsibilities to my employer. Please consider giving more time in your schedule per patient. It is obvious that it is needed. I know that one patient leaving won't be a loss to your practice but for me, having to end the Doctor patient relationship will be a great loss.

She is smart, caring, and approachable.

There's really no other way to say it, this doctor is amazing. I am so thankful I found her. She actually listens, she's compassionate, kind, funny, smart.
