Megan Yvonne Boogaart

I made an appointment for annual physical with CNP Megan Boogaart at Cleveland Clinic, and yes, I mentioned that I had some issues with headache and asked if bloodwork would be needed since previously I was suggested to take iron supplement. Somehow, she coded it as anemic and headache issues, which caused the billing department to bill my insurance company as a regular appointment as a regular appointment instead of the true reason of the appointment, a physical annual checkup. I am very disappointed with this. I never had any issues with my physical appointments before this and it proves the point that no one should say anything to their doctor’s during annual checkup because they will be billed differently. The nurse didn’t want to help me and just throw me back to the billing department. I have offered to do a three-way call to discuss about this matter with the billing department as well, but no one seem to care and resolve this issue. I would not recommend her.
