Summary
I am a PhD Clinical Psychologist who understands how therapy can be a powerful experience. I have decades of experience treating individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic pain, life transitions, fertility issues, and medical and neurological conditions. I utilize evidence-based approaches including but not limited to CBT and EMDR. I also offer pre-surgical psychological assessment. A good relationship with your therapist balances relatability and professionalism to help you feel comfortable. My therapy style is warm, practical, supportive and nonjudgmental. I respect each client's uniqueness and story; both are key to help us understand where you are and how to help you move forward to gain peace, calm and contentedness in your life.
