If you thought Loucinda was crabby and pushy and wouldn't work with payment arrangements go meet Amber. Her attitude, tone in her voice and the way she speaks to her co-workers is horrible...... She made me feel horrible for not seeing a Dr in a few yrs. She doesn't know much about dental if any, she had to have Letha come explain to me what Dr wanted to do. They need to find something else for Amber to do, like clean the toilets cause she doesn't need to be dealing with customers with bad customer service that office is going own hill...
